Potholes are taking medicines all around the build Southern California following most modern storms. Caltrans says potholes happen when rain water seeps into cracks in the asphalt, causing the avenue to topple apart to the spoiled concrete. Pasadena Tire Mavens told ABC7 they mounted 20 tires this week already damaged by potholes.
